Hopefully I am contacting the owner of chandlery online.
I have made a couple of purchases (satisfactorily) however with the latest purchase I made I was sent the incorrect part. I have tried in vain to contact chartroom online by phone (only ever get the recorded message) and e-mail (never get an answer).
All I wish to do is return the incorrect part and have the correct part shipped out and it is frustrating to get no response. In addition, it is almost impossible on the website to even find contact information!
The return address on the packaging is for Adstral Fulfillment who presumably warehouse and ship your parts.
Hopefully you can have a real person contact me about this.
The order was #2994 and I was shipped a Solid metal TCL2 Locker door instead of the "Locker Door Hend TCL4 Clear by Whale" that I ordered.
